SIBATA Coliform Group Testing Sheet

SIBATA Coliform Group Testing Sheet / 25pcs,This simplified test method for bacteria uses specially treated testing sheets. A 1 mL liquid sample is dripped onto the sheet, or the sheet is immersed in the sample, and then the bacteria are cultivated in an incubator (at 37 ℃). After that, the operation consists simply of determining the average number of spots. In addition, it can be stored for 2 years in a cool and dark location if unopened.

● The coliform groups are tallied as red spots cultivated on a testing sheet.

■ Determination

1. After cultivation, the bacteria appear as spots (dots).
